Field Supervisor

Description:

An established industrial auction and appraisal company in business since 1917. Rosen Systems conducts on-site and on-line auctions of industrial assets across the United States and North America.

Summary of major responsibilities:

• The field supervisor will be called upon to manage auction locations prior to, and following auction sales. Pre-auction duties will include: preparing assets for sale, organizing sale sites, lotting and listing all saleable assets. Post auction duties will include: supervision of removal process, collections, and facility turnover.
• A Field Supervisor will regularly have 1-4 persons working direclty under them. Must possess good communication and leadership skills in order to effectively manage a team. Must be comfortable working for weeks without direct supervision and have the ability to meet realistic deadlines.


Requirements:
Competitive applicants will possess:
• At least high school or equivalent degree.
• Strong knowledge of industrial assets and tooling is helpful, but not necessary.
• Reliable, hard-working, able to work with teams within the organization to accomplish goals.
• Bilingual is a plus!
